NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-004312-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Cheryl A. Denby, as Surviving Joint Tenant of Patricia D. Denby, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 69, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
