NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-007957, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and ROBERT AMATO; KAREN AMATO; THE HOME AT COVENTRY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 24th day of April, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 168, OF SHAMROCK HEIGHTS UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 5215 Kilarney Ct., New Port Richey, FL 34652.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
