Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 26, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-2523 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 25 day of April, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 112, SOMERSET AT THE PLANTATION PARCEL ONE, according to the plat as recorded as Instrument Number 2005000169515, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
