ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on May 6, 2013, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 3999, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 55, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 92 through 106, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
