Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-055339 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 22 day of May, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 25, UNIT 4 OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
