LOT 7, BLOCK 25, UNIT 4 OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
