NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-054937 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and EDDIE SCHREIER A/K/A EDWIN SCHREIER AND MICHAELA SCHREIER;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 43, OF UNIT 11, SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
