GOEDECKE A/K/A JAMES GOEDECKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES DAVID GOEDECKE A/K/A JAMES D. GOEDECKE A/K/A JAMES GOEDECKE N/K/A ALEXANDRA GOEDECKE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LONG NGUYEN are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on June 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK E, MCGREGOR GROVES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 23 AND 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
