NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-058148, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and FRANCES J. ADAMS, JACK L. ADAMS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., BERMUDA POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 103, BUILDING 5, PHASE 3 BERMUDA POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2862, AT PAGE 2047 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
