UNIT 113, BUILDING 1, EAGLE RIDGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1735, PAGE 71 THROUGH 110; AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 126 THROUGH 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATIONS.
and commonly known as: 14501 AERIES WAY UNIT # 113, FORT MYERS, FL 33912; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on April 29, 2013 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
