Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff filed in this cause on March 28, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 16, ADMIRALTY VILLAGE (FORMERLY THE VILLAGE AT BURNT STORE 1002) A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2024, PAGE 1778, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 30 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 3001 MATECUMBE KEY RD 4, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33955; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on April 29, 2013 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
