NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure, filed on March 27, 2013 in Case No. 07-CA-006701, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Florida, that I will sell the below-described property at public sale to the highest and best bidder on April 26, 2013, at 9:00 A.M, electronically on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes:
Lot 5, Block 61, Unit 11, Section 21, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the Map or Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 64, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
