NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-051337 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein gmac mortgage, llc, is Plaintiff, and irene m. gardella, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, 11 AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 1, GROVE CITY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLANT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
