NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056030 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein jpmorgan chase bank, national association, is Plaintiff, and ronald frost a/k/a ronald e. frost a/k/a ronald edward frost, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND 17, BLOCK 2486, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 36, PART 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 88, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
