NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated , entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-054372, DIVISION: H, of the Circuit Court of the [Circuit] in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2007-HE-1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE-1 is Plaintiff, and MARIA FABIOLA ROMERO A/K/A MARIA F. ROMERO A/K/A MARIA ROMERO, JOSE ANTONIO ROMERO A/K/A JOSE A. ROMERO A/K/A JOSE ROMERO, FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NORTH STAR CAPITAL ACQUISITION, LLC, UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, RIJO GROUP LLC and CEDAR CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
