NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017294 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT A. GALITZ A/K/A ROBERT AUSTIN GALITZ; TIMOTHY J. HAAS; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, SWEETWATER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART THEREOF:
