NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-016462 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-5 is the Plaintiff and DEBRA A. CAPPADORO; TENANT #1 N/K/A EMILY CAPPADORO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN CAPPADORO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
