NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010157 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JAMES ARTHUR KNETSCH AS TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES ARTHUR KNETSCH AND KAREN LYING KNETSCH REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1997; KAREN LYING KNETSCH AS TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES ARTHUR KNETSCH AND KAREN LYING KNETSCH REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1997; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES ARTHUR KNETSCH AND KAREN LYING KNETSCH REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1997; JAMES A.
