ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and DAVID P. CARDWELL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID P. CARDWELL N/K/A ANITA CARDWELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; SETTLERS POINTE ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
