NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-015265 of the 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST, on the 19th day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
