NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013109, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JICE L STOKES, JR.; LYNNE STOKES A/K/A LYNNE C. STOKES; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTYN/K/A CHRISTOPHER GORDON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK 1, BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT F UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
