NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-018967, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and LAM T. HUYNH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAM T. HUYNH N/K/A SOANGO HUYNH; PHUONG D. LY; BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSE HERRERA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, BUILDING E, OF BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, AT PAGE 52, RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
