NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Liens, entered in this action on the 13th day of March, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 65, Block 1, Westchase Section 110, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 7 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 9808 Bennington Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
