NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 011647, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH ASTORGA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH ASTORGA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF A VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH, CORRECTED MAP OF IROQUOIS PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
