NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-017865, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MACIEK SWIEBOCKI, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 4 ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit 52204, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 4; A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 16088, Page 1110, amended in official Records Book 16123, Page 1240 and Official Records Book 16123, Page 1244 and all other amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 272 through 275; of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in comon elements and common surplus.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
