NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-025868, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ISSAM DWEIK, JHR OF TAMPA INC., D/B/A/ HOME IMPROVEMENTS SERVICES, OAK KNOLL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISSAM DWEIK, UNKNOWN TENANT(S)N/K/A NADIA EMAISH And UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit Number 12709, Oak Knoll Condominium, a Condominium according to the pint thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 45, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4472, Page 333 and Amendments thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4545, Page 935; re-recorded in Official Records Book 4581, Page 1224; and Official Records Book 4629, Page 966; and Certificate of Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 5862, Page 288, and and any and all amendments attaching thereto, all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
