NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-013171 DIV. I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR ARGENT SECURITES TRUST 2005-W3, ASSET- BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-W3, is the Plaintiff and MARGARET WALKER; HENRY J. WALKER; UNKNOWN TENANTS N/K/A RUSSELL FINCH; CITIFINANCIAL; SUNDANCE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1-C, BLOCK C-1, SUNDANCE, UNIT 2, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
