NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-002103 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jamie C. Hermanson, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, Walden Lake Community Association, Inc., Walden Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
