NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-014520 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CitiMortgage, Inc, is the Plaintiff and Kerry Gee, Unknown Spouse of Kerry Gee N/K/A Diana Gee, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
