NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-026932, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-7 is the Plaintiff and SHERRY JOHNSON A/K/A SHERRY Y JOHNSON A/K/A SHERRY YVONNE JOHNSON F/K/A SHERRY YVONNE DANIELS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, INC., ASSIGNEE OF PALISADES ACQUISITION XVI, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; THEODORE DANIELS, UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT AN IRON STAKE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUN THENCE WEST 25 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 185 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 316 FEET, SOUTH 80 FEET, EAST 316 FEET AND NORTH 80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
