NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-020506 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CM REO Trust, is the Plaintiff and Rocio Blanco, as trustee of the 4505 Fern Land Trust U/T/A 09/18/08, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Master Financial, Inc., Nancy Rodriguez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Maria Kicie, Unknown Beneficiaries of the 4505 Fern Land Trust U/T/A 09/18/08 & Any and All Unknown Parties, are defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 23th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
