Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the COUNTY Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 13-CC-2731, Div. U, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 77 COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, PAGE 0589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ('DECLARATION')
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on May 3, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
