NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014962 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and ORONDE' NOBLES AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 18, 2009 KNOWN AS THE 813 ELIZABETH PROPERTY TRUST; TREVIN M. MYERS A/K/A TREVIN MYERS; IRIS FLEMING MYERS A/K/A IRIS MYERS A/K/A IRIS FLEMING; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, BATES' SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
