NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29 2009 CA 027795, DIVISION; A, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and CUONG Q. NGUYEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CUONG Q. NGUYEN IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE OAKS AT VALRICO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 12th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, OAKS AT VALRICO PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 39 THROUGH 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
with the Street address of: 1924 HEARTLAND CIR, VALRICO, FL 33594.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
