NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-022696, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and ABRAHAM & SWEENEY, P.A. as Trustee of the Hevesy Family Land Trust #12808, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 28, 2013 in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block Q, NINE EAGLES UNIT ONE - SECTION I, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 13, together with a 10.00 foot portion of the vacated right-of-way abutting to the North as conveyed in O.R. Book 11993, Page 1, and together with a portion of the 20 foot abutting strip to the South, as recorded in Official Records Book 5388, Page 896, all lying in Hillsborough County Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the Northerly extension of the West line of said Lot 15 and the Northerly line of said abutting 10 foot vacated right-of-way; thence run along said Northerly line, North 60º37' 10” East, a distance of 70.00 feet to a point of intersection with the Northerly extension of the East line of said Lot 15; thence run along said East lin, South 29º 22' 50” East, a distance of 130.00 feet to a point of intersection with the Southerly extension of the East line of said Lot 15 and the Southerly line of said abutting 20 foot strip; thence run along said Southerly lin, South 60º 37' 10” West, a distance of 70.00 feet to a point of intersection with the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 15; thence run along said West line, North 29º 22'50” West, a distance of 130.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
