MCMULLEN A/K/A THOMAS J. MCMULLEN, JR.; CYNTHIA RENTZ MCMULLEN; VALRICO OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
