NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000087, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and PAULA RAE WARREN A/K/A PAULA R. WARREN; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; BAYPORT WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHASE BANK, USA, N.A.,, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, BAYPORT WEST PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
