NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 14, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014241 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and SALIM SULIEMAN; ALAM A. ABOU-HASNA; OAK FOREST OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 IN BLOCK 14 OF OAK FOREST 1 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71 ON PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
