NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 23rd day of April 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 1219, HARBOUR PLACE CITY HOMES, a Condominium, together with the appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 16306, page 1026, as amended from time to time, and further described in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 298, and also together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto all of the public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with: Non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress in,to and over, and the use of common properties and for vehicular traffic over all private streets and bridges within the common properties created in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and restrictions recorded in Official Records Book 4606, page 1182, aforesaid Public Records, and all and any amendments and/or supplements thereto.
