NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-012049 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Louis A. Perez-Valle, Courtney Palms Condominium Association, Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as acquirer of certain assets and liabilities of Washington Mutual Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation acting as receiver, successor in interest to Long Beach Mortgage Company, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 339, BUILDING 13, COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, PAGE 589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
