NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-029965 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and Nestor M. Urdaneta, Whispering Oaks of Tampa Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
