NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-007331 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kelley Cutillo a/k/a Kelly Cutillo, Jeffrey Lyons, Santo Ng, Raintree Manor Homes Condominium Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey Lyons n/k/a Michelle Lyons, Wachovia Bank, National Association, successor by merger to First Union National Bank of Florida, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
