NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-028844 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH3, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH3, is the Plaintiff and Liva T. Rivera, Michael A. Rivera, , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
