NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 07, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-013086 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and MARIA OYARVIDE A/K/A MARIA C. OYARVIDE, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, HUNTER'S HILL, PLATTED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON, DESCRIBED AS A 2000 PH FULL HOUSE MANUFACTURED HOME WITH SERIAL NUMBER FLA911813A AND FLA911813B.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
