NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2008-CA-011491, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-J7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-J7 is the Plaintiff, and, ERIC W. HALSEY; DEBRA S. HALSEY A/K/A DEBRA HALSEY; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on April 16, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, SOUTH FORK UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 13513 Mango Bay Drive, Riverview, Florida 33569.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
