Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2008-CA-011491, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-J7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-J7 is the Plaintiff, and, ERIC W. HALSEY; DEBRA S. HALSEY A/K/A DEBRA HALSEY; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on April 16, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
