UNIT 25 IN BUILDING 5, PHASE 8 OF WESTWIND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED JANUARY 10, 1986 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4721 ON PAGE 117, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 ON PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11913 CYPRESS CREST CIR # 25, TAMPA, FL 33626; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
