NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-20-10CA01, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PALM SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 1, INC.; MARTHA FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A O'NEAL O. BRATHWAITH, JR UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO C207, BUILDING 6, OF PALM SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17839, AT PAGE 1782, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILISBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE CONON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
