NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-011166 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-9, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and PEDRO BARRIOS; MAYRA HERNANDEZ A/K/A MAYRE HERNANDEZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
