NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-24340 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and FRANK COUSINS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1511, SLEEPY HOLLOW, a condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 3873, at Page 1442, of the Public Records of HILLSBOROUGH County Florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
