NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000679, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for the registered holders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006 EQ2 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006 EQ2 is Plaintiff and ANNE-MARIE JOHNSON; ANTHONY JOHNSON; , et al, are defendants. The clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, , except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. On April 15, 2013 at 10:00a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 2, COOPERS POND, according to Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 46 inclusive of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
