NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-19030 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA3 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Juan Valdes a/k/a Juan C. Valdes, Carriage Pointe Community Association, Inc., Lennar Homes, LLC d/b/a Club Carriage Pointe, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Victor Munoz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
